Aluminum metal Roof custom made on site from aluminum coil with each panel seamless from peak to eave.

Electric shades in the main living area and primary bedroom can be programmed to interact with the temperature to lower during high sun times of the day. Switches, Lights, and LED strips in the main living spaces are z-wave enabled to allow connection with smart devices like Amazon Alexa. Multi-zone high-end concealed audio system serving primary bedroom, kitchen, dining room, garage deck, and back deck. Concealed 7.2 surround sound in the living room with left, right, center, left surround, right surround, left rear, right rear, left subwoofer, and right subwoofer.
